Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Terms and Conditions

 

The EZ4U Consulting Referral program has been created to reward you for  doing what you would be ready to do - recommending us  to other companies who sign on to be EZ4U Consulting clients (‘Referred”). It was also created to reward you for recommending us, by offering you and the person you referred a reward! These Program Terms and Conditions are binding agreements between you and EZ4U Consulting and will govern your participation in any and all Program offers. By participating in the Program, you agree to the Agency Terms and Conditions Privacy Policy. You are not authorized to participate in the Program, if you do not agree to these Program Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. How the Program Works

 

For every new successful friend and family referred, you'll receive $10 off your next invoice and your friend or family referred will also receive $10 off their first invoice too. 

 

We offer many services such as virtual assistant, social media management, bookkeeping, financial coaching and job coaching.

 

All you need to do is to tell your friends and family to mention you when they are on-boarding with us. Something like: "Hey EZ4U, [Insert Name] referred you guys to me." 

 

Referral Rules: For every successful referral, get $10 off your next invoice and $10 off the current invoice for the person you'd referred. Successful referrals means they successfully paid for the services performed (which included the $10 off). Cannot be combined with any other coupons or promotions. Cannot be redeemed for cash. Subjected to terms and conditions.

 

3. Right to Cancel, Modify or Terminate.  

 

EZ4U reserves  the right to modify these Program Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, and without notice to you. EZ4U Consulting may also, in its sole discretion, change , cancel, suspend, or modify any aspects of the Program without notice. EZ4U Consulting also reserves the right to disqualify any clients or prospective customers at any time from participation in the Program.

 

4.Other Terms.

 

General Terms. These Program Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Client and concerning clients use of the Program. The failure of EZ4U Consulting to enforce any right or provision of these Program Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The terms and conditions applicable to clients use of EZ4U Consulting Services.
