FAQ's

The process in obtaining EZ4U Consulting services are simple and easy.

Just connect with us -

Here are the steps:

1) Pick plan(s) or customize (contact us)

2) Schedule a Discovery Call

3) Pre-paid at the beginning of the month  or pay at the end of the month/completion of service

4) Get Started with the Plan(s)

or Just contact us to let us know what you need and we still get you onboard and setup.

The process is really easy and simple. 

1) Pick a Plan on our "Our Services" Page

2) Pre-pay for the plan (or pay later)

3) Contact hello@ez4uconsulting.com and let us know so we can get started

4) Provide us the tasks and information within the scope of the hours you'd picked

5) We complete the tasks 

If the tasks given exceeds the plan's hours, we will let you know beforehand so you can decide if you want to add more hours or prioritize the tasks. 

You can pay later. You do not need to pay now. If  you sign up at the 1st of the month or the middle of the month, you pay  at the end of the month.

You can also split the payment into 2 - pay at the 15th and end of the month.

You  can pay via our website (select the plan you’d picked and pay) or you  can pay via Zelle, Venmo, or Invoice or mail us an old fashion Check. 

When you sign up with us, as part of the on-boarding process, we will send you a guide on how to grant us access or permission to manage your social media accounts as well as how to provide us the username and passwords.

We can use LastPass tool.

We have skilled and versatile VA's that can also assist you with:

• Administrative Support

• Creating and managing websites

• Basic Video editing

• Click Funnels

• Data Entry

• Youtube Marketing and Optimization and more.

EZ4U Consulting office is closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year Eve, and New Year Day. Staff and VA are on holiday leave.
